My list isn't complete just yet, but all things considered it's looking pretty good! I'm currently working on the last one, and have been walking every day and eating better. No more junk food for me... except the occassional chocolate bar once in a long
while. I feel a lot better mentally too because I feel like I'm doing something good for my body. I'm taking better care of myself in general too, I've found. Example: yesterday I bought a GREAT women's fitness magazine, apricot scrub (and some of the oil-free variety for my little sister), a bottle of this stuff: www.activatedrinks.com/ourdiff…
(really cool, by the way) and some teeth whitener from CVS, and then a pair of new walking shoes with rocker bottoms. I got to say, they are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had.
I'll be updating on how much I've lost periodically for anyone who's interested and for posterity. *laugh*
As far as how home's going, we're still living with Grammy and Crumpa, but finally after many interviews, disappointments, and being given the run-around, my mom may finally have a job this time! She'll find out tomorrow. If we do, we'll be able to move out whenever we want! A neighbor across the street and a few houses down has been wanting to rent out his house, and has essentially been SAVING it for us for the past few months, stating that whenever my mom has some income, we can move in. At the moment, they're currently repainting it and doing some light reworking to it, so it's looking more like the middle of next month or sooner. It almost seems too good to be true, but it really is true. I really hope this job works out... my mom likes the people who work there and her income would more than support us. Exciting!
So all in all, life isn't too bad! I'm doing pretty swell, and I hope all you guys are having a fabulous spring thus far.
Love you all!
