A process essay I wrote for my AP English class. I got an A+ on it, and a 9 out of 9 on the grading scale, so I figured it was good enough to share with you guys! ^^

Please tell me what you think~!

Very impressive, Jenai. I did not know that Callan was even capable of giving A+'s, though I see that you have earned it. Though, she did not give take-home essays either or prompts that could generate such conviction.

The question is: do you believe what you have written?

(By the way, you might want to check out the second to the last sentence; there seems to be a typo or grammar error [unto to].)
Thanks, Oliver! Haha, yeah, I was pretty much stupefied when the paper slapped down on my desk, and a big green A+ adorned the top right corner. ...even stranger was the fact that I was the only 9 in the ENTIRE CLASS. What in god's name? XD

Yes, I do. I am more or less incapable of writing if I don't believe in what I'm typing. I guess it worked out for the best, huh? Haha.

Well, it is good that you write with conviction, though sometimes it is good to write something completely opposite of what you believe to see how your beliefs hold up to scrutiny. If it holds then you will hold those feelings even stronger.
Hmm... I've never really thought about that... I should try a few experimental essays, just to see how that would work. It sounds incredibly interesting. Thanks for the crit! *grin*

O.O... -_-....

first and foremost i want you to know, i was kinda iffy about reading this. I thought you were ranting about something in a story form. So the first paragraph of your essay is true. "Manifesto" does have the conotation of being negative.

color yourself correct!

My dear dear friend, you are right on so many levels with this. It was a brilliant essay. You deserved an A+ (add about 30 more +'s to that) and a 100 on a scale of 1 to 10.

this was well written, well thought out and very impressive.

If you ever had ideals of becoming a politcal leader, i would definitly use this as a speech. You moved me to feel patriotic (which i am clearly not) and that is hard to do.

absolutely brilliant.

if you can write an essay like this, your creative writing stuff will be even better!

Hahaha! Well I'm glad I proved you wrong then. And I truly do think that 'manifesto' deserves a better association.

My god, thank you so much! It took me a while to actually get everything organized, after that, it just sort of... came out. *laugh~!* What makes me chuckle is that truthfully, today's politics disgust me, so me writing something like this is initself ironic. So I guess I support pure politics: non-partisan and based on truth, instead of convienency. I don't understand why we have to vote for someone based on their affiliation and resume in favor of what's good and right, it makes absolutely no sense! Yet we do it anyway, partly because we don't know any better.

I... I did? Wow... I really feel like I did something right with this, now. If I can inspire people, then I definitely did something good with my writing. Thank you so much for reading!
